  • 26 & 2

    26 & 2 is a set series of Hatha Yoga poses. Traditionally a 90 minute practice of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises, today we offer 90, 75, and 60 min classes. This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners, designed specifically for the beginners. Practiced at 105 degrees and 30-40% humidity, providing the body with a complete system of wellness, restoration, and rejuvenation. It stimulates organs, glands, and nerves, moves blood to 100% of the body. This method is practiced worldwide as an effective program of balanced health.

  • Vinyasa Foundations

    This is a 60 min class practiced in a warm 90 room. It is suitable for everyone including beginners as well as teens/tweens. The focus is on primary postures used throughout all vinyasa classes. We break down basic structural alignment, while working on building strength and safe stretches. We practice moving with breath during simple flows and fun sequences.

  • Hot Vinyasa- Open Level

    A 75 min class in a hot room (100-105) This typical vinyasa class will be sequenced will be fluid movement connected through breath. Expect a mix of standing, seated, and balancing postures. The class will be structured with modifications and variations to accommodate beginners while still providing challenging options for more experienced yogis.

  • Vinyasa Power Hour

    Is a 60 min class in a hot room (100-105). Power vinyasa is a fast-paced, high-energy style of yoga that focuses on building strength and endurance. This hour-long class is dynamic and athletic. It’s based on vinyasa yoga principles and incorporates both poses that help build strength and stretches that help improve flexibility.

  • Inferno Hot Pilates

    Is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that uses Pilates principles. It's performed on a yoga mat in a heated room (100-105) with energetic music. IHP is a full-body workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. This class includes core exercises that activate your stomach muscles, glutes, and pelvic floor, as well as firing up quads and getting the heart rate up.

  • Kids Yoga

    This is a fun introduction to (asana) yoga movement, breathwork, mindfulness with games, interactions and meditation. Kids yoga is suitable for children ages 4-12 This is NOT a hot class.

  • Yin

    Yin Yoga is a practice where you hold the poses targeting the muscles, ligaments, tendons and in doing so strengthening the bones. As poses are being held, from 3 to 5 minutes, it is also a meditative practice. It is relaxing and challenging.

  • Yin-Yasa

    Yin-Yasa is a combination of Yin and Vinyasa. In holding the poses (Yin) the body becomes more flexible allowing for a more invigorating Vinyasa flow (Vinyasa- breath linked to movement). This class is hot up to 100.

  • Yin & Sound

    This class blends the practice of yin yoga with meditation and sound to create balance and mindfulness throughout your body. Each pose is held for longer periods of time, typically 3-4 minutes, to give the body time to stretch and release physical tension in the body. With the use of singing bowls throughout practice, students can enjoy a sound healing practice that allows individuals to enter a meditative and healing space.

  • Sport Recovery & Stretch

    This is a warm (90 Degree) yoga class designed for sport recovery that focuses on stretching and flexibility to help athletes recover from exercise. Stretching can help with pain relief, stress reduction, and increased joint flexibility. Dynamic stretches can help improve speed, agility, and acceleration as well as aid in recovery. Suitable for every athlete.
