15 days of Yoga and meditation! So here is how it works, each day take a class or spend some good quality time in meditation. You can join us for the live classes offered via Zoom. You can take class on your schedule through YouTube. Don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube Channel, and leave us a comment on your favorite class! Download our rewards chart and keep track of your progress at home. Please share with us, selfies, charts, your home yoga set up, or your favorite meditation spot.
